HOW DO I ARRANGE A COUNSELLING SESSION?
You can contact me via telephone or email. If I do not answer your call, please do leave a message and I will get back to you.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
My fees are £45.00 per session. However I do have some concessionary fees for those on a low income and students. Please contact me directly for more details.
HOW DO I PAY?
Counselling sssions are paid on the day, either via cash at the start of the session or alternatively via online banking also at the start of our session.
WHAT IF THE PROCESS ISN'T FOR ME?
Therapy is completely voluntary and you can chose to end at any time. If you decide to end, it would be useful to communicate this to me so we can bring closure into our session.
CANCELLATIONS
I would ask for as much notice as possible so the appointment time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations are not chargeable unless there is less than 48 hours notice. In this instance the full session fee would be charged.
HOW LONG WILL COUNSELLING TAKE?
The number of sessions will inevitably depend on the nature of the problem. I typically contract for 6 sessions, at which point we would review. However many problems can be addressed within 5 to 20 sessions.
