I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.  I am a member of the BACP and the BABCP.

I have worked in the field of substance misuse for over 15 years.  Working in this field I have supported individuals, facing a variety of problems.

Although my practice is specialised in the field of addiction I have worked with anxiety, depression, self esteem, and unhelpful patterns of thinking.     Often individuals are faced with difficult and sometimes overwhelming challenges, I have had the opportunity to work in collaboration with the person so that they find their own solutions.  Working in a way to empower individuals lead me to pursue counselling and then to specialise in the approach of CBT.

I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that hold them back in life. By asking the right questions and empowering them with the necessary tools and techniques, I help my clients take action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions. Life's too short to be unhappy or unfulfilled — so what’s holding you back? Let me help you learn better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your pursuits.
